Striper

We offer striper fishing most of the year, except when the water temperature gets in the high 70’s during the summer.  The best time to catch stripers are during the cool months because these fish prefer the cooler water. Early morning and late evening seems to produce the best bites. We use a variety of baits to catch the fish. Most of the time we use down lines and live shad. This usually works well when the fish are in deeper water. We also enjoy casting bucktails and plugs. Top water baits can also be fun when the fish are working shallow. We use a 19ft bass boat when striper fishing, so that only lets us take two guest out at a time. We can’t promise you  that you will catch a big fish but we can make sure that you’ll have a good time and maybe learn something new
