Crappie

We offer crappie fishing most of the year. Beginning around February until late fall. We fish most of the local lakes in the area, the one producing the most fish is the one we fish. We begin trolling for them, using minnows and jigs and this usually works well until they move into shallow water spawn. This will be the best time to catch some really nice fish. After spawning the fish will began to move to deeper water, holding on structure. We begin fishing brush piles, roadbeds, bridge pilings anything that we think will hold fish. We fish mostly at night to avoid the heat of summer. When fall comes, we start to troll for them again.
